For weeks...
I kept replaying everything I'd learned.
If what I had discovered was true...
Then it explained almost everything.
Why showering more never solved it.
Why stronger deodorants only seemed to buy me a few more hours.
Why I could leave the house feeling perfectly clean...
...and still find myself checking my shirt before lunch.
For years I blamed myself.
Then I blamed my deodorant.
I blamed my laundry detergent.
I blamed stress.
I blamed the weather.
I blamed everything...
Except the possibility that I had simply been approaching the problem the wrong way.
That realization was strangely comforting.
Because if I wasn't the problem...
Maybe there was another solution I hadn't tried yet.
